How is this different from standard management training?

Most management training teaches you how to run a store. This Playbook teaches you how to lead the people in it. There is a meaningful difference, and most retail managers have only ever been trained on the former.

What does the 90-Day Playbook look like day to day?

Three phases: Awareness, Installation, and Embedding. Each phase builds on the last.
